Organisational Consulting… sounds good, what is it?

Picture of Deborah DunhamOrganisational Consulting (also known as Organisational Development) offers a holistic approach to meeting various challenges. It is especially helpful when you want to solve a problem, and, simultaneously, develop people to deal with similar problems in the future or make sustainable system-wide changes in the organisation.

I can help you articulate and address your challenges while building internal capacity by drawing on my expertise in four key areas:

PEOPLE

Having worked as a consultant and Human Resource Development professional for 20 years, I am skilled and experienced in aligning people with strategy, assessing needs, then identifying learning and organisational development priorities and implementing programmes to improve performance. I accomplish this within the context of best practices and a commitment to knowledge transfer in the process.

PROJECTS

As a PMI certified Project Manager, I have successfully implemented a wide variety of major international projects and have engaged teams and diverse stakeholders’ participation to achieve target goals on time and on budget.

CULTURE

An experienced cross-cultural communicator, with onsite work experience in 30 countries, I relish complex global initiatives and work effectively in diverse settings. With a special interest in Central Asia and the Middle East, and an MA in Islamic Art and Archaeology I especially enjoy helping cultural organizations and museums to achieve their full potential.

CHANGE

Working with diverse clients and stakeholders around the world, I have been a catalyst in implementing change programmes which achieve results for clients in both the corporate and cultural sectors.
